1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, manage your details, and enjoy a more personalized shopping experience.

At ecomkaran, your online security is our top priority. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information, ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options, including:

  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your order’s progress.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, delivery takes 6-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Expedited orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days for metro areas and 3-5 business days for non-metro locations.
  • Remote Locations: For areas that are hard to reach, delivery may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we work hard to get your items to you as soon as possible.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We advise using your residential address rather than a temporary or vacation address to avoid delivery issues or customs delays.

7. Can I cancel my order?

At ecomkaran, all orders are final once placed, and we currently do not offer cancellations. We encourage you to carefully review your cart and shipping details before completing your purchase.

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 2-day return policy for products purchased. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@ecomkaran.com to initiate a return. Kindly mention the email subject as 'Return - Product name with Invoice number' - this will enable us to address your email as fast possible.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours at support@ecomkaran.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as soon as possible. 

Important: To ensure transparency, please make a video of the unboxing process.

10. Are there any exchange rates involved?

No, all transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR), and we currently ship only within India. There are no exchange rates or currency conversions involved.
